Match Any Value in Auto Filter

There is now the possibility to configure an Auto Filter field in the Activity Designer in AM to match either All or Any value in the submission, plus additional improvements and bug fixes.

Match Any Value in Auto Filter

There is now the possibility to configure an Auto Filter field in the Activity Designer in AM to match either All or Any value in the submission. The default is still to match All values, which means all values need to match in order for the Autopilot to find an object.
Switching it to Any, means that only one value for that field needs to match.
This can be useful if you want submitters to select multiple possible values but only one of them is needed, like Room Setup. This setting is enabled for multi-select elements that are not Objects (so Room type, Equipment, etc)Remember that changing this setting in the Activity Designer will regenerate all Activities.
However, included in this release is the ability to change filters directly on the activities to be Match All or Match Any (done in the Core Filter popup as usual)

Filters can now be set to match Any of the submitted values

Also included in this release

General Improvements and bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where sometimes the Calendar view would not be updated after changing reservations in a Reservation list
  • It is now possible to toggle the visualization of Padding for a specific Calendar. Toggle the setting in the Calendar settings if you don't want the padding to be visualized in that Calendar. Note: This does not mean that padding is disabled. All padding rules will still apply, they will just not be visible.
