New version

As you might have noticed, we left the 5-version of Evaluation and have moved on to the 6-version.

The decision is made to do this, since we took the first step to migrating to a new front-end stack. This will enables usage of new frontend libraries, allowing us to build better and more user friendly user interfaces

During this sprint the foundation is created to gradually introduce the new stack for the different screens. This will be a longer process, instead of a big-bang, where all screens will be re-build to meet the new stack.

New features and improvements

FUTURE PROOF, INFRASTRUCTURE - New front-end stack and product selector - EV-167 .. EV-173, EV-175, EV-176, EV-178

As a test case we added the so-called TimeEdit product switcher to validate if the new used front-end stack is fully functional, working and allows for running side-by-side with the existing stack. This to prove the option of a gradual approach is feasible.

Configuration:

Administrators can activate the product switcher via the parameters page by setting show.product_selector to true

USABILITY - Added loader to response rates report - EV-212

The response rate report has been extended with a loader, since with extensive selections retrieving all response rates can take a few seconds. This to inform the user the data is being loaded. For standard selections the data is near-instant on screen, so the loader will not be shown.

USABILITY, BUG - Fixed display bug in workflow dropdown- EV-213

The workflow dropdown was in some cases hidden behind the detailed information. This has been fixed and the workflow dropdown will now always be on top.

Addressed the OWASP security vulnerabilities:

• CVE-2024-38809
• CVE-2024-38810
