Enable period specific override of dates on workflow - EV-158
Configuration support is added to force period specific overrides on the evaluation schedule (workflow). This way we can use fixed start/reminder/end dates, ensuring that the evaluation is not send during a holiday period.
Date overrides are taken place during the automatic import or a manual change. When an evaluation takes place in a period with 'Force dates' the dates cannot be changed manually.
Administrators can activate period specific overrides in the Periods page using the flag 'Force dates'.
In case 'Force dates' is selected, as shown in the example above, the dates used in the workflow will not be dynamic, but will be used as shown below.
If reminder date is not specified, it will be calculated based on the workflow configuration (e.g. 9 days after publication) using the defined publication date. If reminder date is specified, the defined date will be used.
Customer settings made changeable by admin - EV-241
Two system settings have been moved from the system configuration (only accessible by TE system admin) to the 'parameter' page, making them editable by the university administrator. This includes:
* customer.title: defines the browser title shown to the users * show.condensed_report_widget: defines if a 'condensed' report widget should be shown on the dashboard when applicable
Release action (customer admin)
If these settings have been configured on your environment they need to be updated in the parameters by the administrator.
SPSS export now also works with large selections of evaluations - EV-234
The SPSS export could crash in case a huge amount evaluations were exported into on SPSS export file. A optimisation has been made to the SPSS exporter which now allows a larger number of evaluations to be exported into a single SPSS file. The performed test to validate the optimised generation is run with ~1300 evaluations.
Graphical improvements histogram report - EV-203
Report histograms have been visually improved with 'grid lines', making it easier to read the average value.
The grid lines indicate the area considered the start / from of the defined option. The example below shows that the Average is at the end of the '2-section', so it will be 2.9
Also for a 1-10 scale, the grid lines are added. The example below shows the average is 3.0 (start of the 3-section).
