Create One-Off Slots on Unbooked Available Rooms

Feature Enhancement:

With this release we have a feature improvement that enhances the flexibility and efficiency of room bookings with one off slots.

In this update, you can now directly create one-off slots using rooms that are not already booked for an exam slot but are available for booking.

Key Benefits:

• Better Booking Process: Eliminate the need to first book a room to an exam slot before creating a one-off slot. Now, you can directly create one-off slots, saving time and reducing complexity.
• Better Visibility: The dropdown list has been updated to show both rooms that are already booked and those available for new bookings. This allows for better planning and utilization of available spaces

How It Works:

When accessing the scheduling view and creating a one-off slot, the system will display all available rooms, whether they are already booked for different purposes or are free to be booked. Choose your desired room and set up your slot with just a few clicks.

To improve user experience and provide clear feedback during data operations, we have introduced a spin icon that will appear during the loading objects into requests in plugin.
