Improved column width persistence

Resized column widths now remain intact when switching between tabs in the submitter view within Preferences.

‍Bug fixes:

• Resolved a bug related to reminder emails where the primary object was not always mentioned in the email for rolled-over forms.
• Resolved another bug for the reminder emails where they were sent even if the option was de-selected.
• Resolved a bug on v.3 where the dropdown for adding assigners to a form where empty
• Resolved a bug related to configuration, when using "cloud_" in the customer signature, the TE Viewer review link didn't work.
• Resolved a bug where the first week of the year was not excluded even though configured to be.
• Resolved an issue related to the recurring week mode and bank holidays in the calendar section.
• Resolved a bug where the calendar section period didn't get automatically updated in accordance with the form period.
