New Release of Preferences

Released to production in all regions on September 19, 2024
  • Multiple Submissions for the Same Primary Object

A new toggle in the form settings now allows multiple submissions to be linked to the same Primary Object. This means submitters can create their own submissions even if the object has already been assigned to someone else, e.g the "Course Instance" is set to be the primary object but each teacher is responsible for a separate "module" within the Course Instance. This would be considered a classical "collaboration" use case, but when no one has the overview of who should collaborate on what object, it becomes an issue with the distribution, hence this option becomes valuable.

To mitigate the risk of duplicate data, this setting is disabled by default and should be used with caution.

  • Default to Recurring or Single Week View

You can now configure the calendar in the form settings to default to either recurring mode or single week mode for the submitter. This added flexibility allows you to tailor the calendar based on the form’s requirements.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where form submissions could be submitted with a duration of "0".
  • Fixed an issue where the right-click option to insert a row did not always function correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where header text did not wrap properly, causing it to overlap with adjacent headers.
  • Fixed an issue where sorting in the recipients table was not working as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where the error message was missing when a Primary Object was not selected by the submitter.
