Removed the confirmation popup that appeared each time you scheduled a single Activity via the Activity Manager, plus additional bug fixes.

- Removed the confirmation popup that appeared each time you scheduled a single Activity via the Activity Manager
- Fixed an issue where sometimes the labels of Activity Types or Primary Objects would not show correctly in the Group Manager
- Fixed an issue where the values of checkboxes would not be saved in Reservation text fields
- Fixed an issue where the pin code would not be included in the link in the email to submitters when rejecting a submission.
- Fixed an issue where the setting for "Show fields in the Selected List" would not save properly and revert after reload.
