General improvements

• Substantial performance improvements when loading large forms (with >20 000 activities) in Activity Manager
• It is now possible to show the Timezone of a reservation as a column in the Reservation list.
• It is now possible to show both Created and Modified columns in the Reservation list at the same time.
• Cleaned up the Status filter in Activity Manager filter dialog (removed some unused statuses causing confusion)
• Removed the checkbox "Use deviation constraint for job batching" in the Start scheduling job popup. This was an unnecessary option, so removed to reduce confusion.

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue where the Scheduling progress bar would not always show when using automatic scheduling
• Resolved an issue where tagging activities would not work over multiple pages in week pattern view
• Resolved an issue where it was sometims not possible to remove a single filter element in Activity Manager on an object
• Resolved an issue where sometimes the default timeslot duration would be used instead of the activity duration when scheduling manually
