Improvements

When using right click to duplicate a row, this can now be done for multiple rows as well. Simply select the rows you want to duplicate by the checkboxes, right click and select "duplicate rows".

Bug fixes: 

• Resolved a bug where the "Last edited" and "Edited by" did not populate in the all forms page.
• Resolved a bug where a pre-filled text field didn't remin hidden when saving a form in the form designer.
• Resolved a bug for the import of recipients file. Validation was missing for making sure it contained an actual emailadress.
• Resolved a bug related to copying of activity templates where incorrect activity type sometimes got copied.
• Resolved a bug for not saving the activity templates when navigating back to the start page in the submission.
• Resolved a bug in the summary of the review page where activities added without a template received the incorrect naming.
• Resolved a bug in the timezone element where the default timezone value couldn't be cleared.
