New release of TE Viewer
This release includes visualisation if inactive objects together with some other improvements and bugfixes.
Visualisation of inactive objects
For pages where the configuration enables display of inactive objects, it has been hard to understand which objects are inactivated, this is now improved by marking them clearly when search results are displayed, by both using italic and adding a [Inactive] prefix.
Start editing from the top of a reservation widow
When editing reservations in TE Viewer previously you need to scroll down to the bottom of the window to click the edit button, now there is a edit button at the top of the window.

- Columnnames based on field title included in iCal subscription
- Sitemap only visible for administrators
