BUG - The sorting order of assessments should be equal to Curriculum sorting - SG-100

There was a difference in sorting of assessments between Study guide and Curriculum in case the 'sequence' was undefined. Then the fall-back was a Study guide specific sorting that has been removed and will now use the 'sequence' or else the order in which the assessments are provided by the Curriculum API.

BUG - Alignment of empty fields in a list is incorrect - SG-123

In case in a multiple column or multiple row list one of the field / attributes has an empty value the alignment of the columns was just out-of-sync. This has been fixed to provide a clean and consistent view even in case of empty values.
