USABILITY, CONFIGURATION - Print supports printing of both text and information widgets - SG-168

The print option provided a pretty print overview of the textual and structural (study) information. This has been extended by also printing the practical information (and other widgets) in the sidebar.

The print below prints both the content area (texts) and the practical information widget located in the sidebar.

To select which widgets should be printed, the configuration of widgets is extended with the Show on print option.
In case this option is set, the widget will be shown on the print and be printed.

This configuration enables to switch on/off printing of individual widgets, and even enables switching of printing of the content area.

USABILITY, CONFIGURATION - Added support for qualification type- SG-245

The qualification type has just been added to Curriculum, and is now also supported in Study guide to filter on qualification type.

USABILITY, BUG - Remove a date-filter tag should reset the date filter - SG-219

In case filtering on a date or date range has been done, and the user just removes the query tag, the dates are not cleared.

Security improvements

And also the security issues are on holiday, so in this release there are no security fixes.
