USABILITY - PDF report download stopped, user cannot remove PDF from list - EV-61
In order to optimize the the PDF reports generation process, this is using an intelligent cache mechanism that will only generate a report once in case it's requested multiple times. The mechanism didn't take into account that it could occur that the same report could be requested by different users at the same time, leading to a situation where the report was not available and also could not be removed from the list.

The mechanism was introduced for the mass generation by the 'archiver' and will still be used by the archiver. For the standard users the cache will not be used, to prevent the above mentioned case.

REPORTING, USABILITY - Evaluation reports with limited respondents should allow use of a multi-year average to meet respondent requirements - EV-45
Specific evaluations hardly ever meet the requirements for the minimal number of required respondents. This means that no reports could be made for these evaluations. In order to support reporting on these specific evaluations / evaluation types multiple years will be taken as input for the report, and thus the total number of respondents (and responses) are based over multiple years.

A configuration option is added to the evaluation template type to define how many additional years should be used for the 'multi-year average'. The number of years is added to the current year, so in the example with '3' years, the total number of years is 4.

In case the value for multi-years is set, this configuration will always be used for this evaluation type.

USABILITY, MANAGEMENT - In bulk sent notifications to selected evaluations - EV-31
As an authorized user you can use the 'Bulk change menu' to sent ad-hoc notifications.

The bulk menu allows for selecting multiple evaluations and perform so-called bulk actions to this selected set. A new action 'Send notification' is added that allows for sending a notification to all of the selected evaluations (and their relations).

Actions:

• Select the evaluations
• Select the 'Send notification' action in the Bulk change menu
• Select the notification to be sent
• Send the notifications
