In this release, we're introducing a new feature that enables users to configure multiple teaching periods for a single form within Preferences. Now, submitters can conveniently select their teaching period directly from the start page.

• Divide the Academic Year: For forms spanning the entire academic year, you can now divide the year into distinct periods, accommodating varying teaching periods.
• Simplify Form Filling: The dates presented to the submitter in the weeks tab, week picker, date picker, or calendar section will be filtered to match the selected teaching period, ensuring accurate date or week selection.

This Teaching Periods feature is now available to all customers on our v.3 platform as of May 2, 2024. For detailed instructions on how to configure these periods, please head over to our knowledge base article.
