Teaching Period Improvements

We have made several enhancements to the teaching periods (v.3 only):

• Mandatory Field: If enabled in the form designer, the teaching period becomes a mandatory field during form submission.
• Validation on Change: If the teaching period is changed during form submission, activities will be validated to ensure they fit within the newly selected period.
• Submission Restrictions: Forms cannot be submitted without a selected teaching period or if activities fall outside the specified teaching period.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue on the review page in the submitter view where only the response was displayed, not the question asked.
