Improvements to the Teaching Periods - Exclude weeks
The Teaching Periods feature now includes the ability to exclude specific weeks and link them to particular periods. This is especially useful when different teaching periods have varying weeks excluded.

Bug fixes:
- Resolved a bug connected to the teaching periods for Calendar Section.
- Resolved a bug where the primary object was duplicated in the additional data source for "joint teaching".
